Set of 3 Postcards, based on painter Yume Ichimura's first art book, “Hana”. From 2020, the artist started drawing flowers. 47 flower paintings drawn over the last three years are listed in chronological order.
In addition to the paintings, the book also includes diary entries and fantasy stories written during the days spent drawing flowers.
The flowers depicted are not wild flowers or potted flowers, but cut flowers bought at a flower shop. It's alive, but it's not a living flower.
The more I draw, the more my feelings toward flowers continue to change, and this is reflected in my paintings like a mirror.
