“Kishu Nanko-bai” is a premium brand of pickled plums produced in Kishu Wakayama Prefecture, the largest producer of Umeboshi in Japan. “Kishu Nanko-bai” has larger grains, softer, thinner skin, and richer and juicy texture than the other brand.
