Since opening in April 1994, Horiuchi continues to disseminate café culture such as Brazilian music, French movies, art and coffee. He writes articles for the specialized magazines and published many books about coffee. In Brazilian music, he wrote the commentary on more than 100 titles of albums, including compilation selections, as well as reissue coordination albums. He is a personality of the music selection of an FM radio program in Japan. Anzu carries his original coffee pot and delicious coffees.
