Born in Kochi Prefecture, Nachio Nakanishi is a chef, illustrator. As an illustrator, she has been working on over 10 books and other projects and continues to be active in a variety of fields. At the same time, as a chef, and inspiration behind "Toraneko Bonbon" since 2007. She travels and prepares various ethnic meals according to an event's theme. In this way, she is able to put her chef skills to work, without having a brick and mortar restaurant.
